It is now my 3rd week being at Kore training and I love it. Its a lot of one on one work between me and jay and him critiquing my form in a bunch of small ways. I have thrown a couple more times these past few weeks and i feel like my form has got a lot cleaner and i am really whipping the ball. I can only go Monday and Tuesday this week with thanksgiving coming and everything shutting down. This break will be good for my whole body and will get back it after the break.

This week is the 2nd week going to kore training and I am still getting the hang of the routine. My first workout this week left me sore in every part of my body and i go back to work out Wednesday and Thursday. I have finally made a consistent schedule of Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday. I threw my first bull pen of the winter on Tuesday and it felt really good but still some things to tweak.First week workouts at kore went great but left me super sore. My first day was an evaluation/getting on the table and getting massaged and my arm loosen up. This place is very promising for me and the guy that i work out with Jay knows exactly what he is doing. He told me if i stick to working out and throwing 3 days a week every week i can get to 83 mph by winter time. Also eating aThis weekend was our last tournament and we went out on a very good note, going 4-0 and winning the ship. I wasn't used that much this weekend i only threw 32 pitches 21 of those were strikes, striking out one. Off season time is here and it/.s time to get faster,stronger, and a lot more flexible.
